A personal hello to the Hercules team

Hi, I’m Dan.
I’d love to grow
with Hercules.

I’m the founder of funnels.es. I’ve built agencies, worked with startups, and spent years designing websites and acquisition funnels. Now I use AI to turn ideas into working products, too.

Your AI-native Growth Hacker role caught my eye. I put together a growth proposal and built the pieces so you can explore how I’d approach it.

The growth idea

Help agencies build
a business with Hercules.

Freelancers and agencies want to know what they can sell with AI. I’d teach them how to find a business problem, scope a project, build the software with Hercules, and put a proposal in front of a client.

The inspiration is ClickFunnels: teach people how to build a business around the software, and give them a practical reason to use it. Hercules could take that approach with AI implementation and custom app development.

A webinar is the starting point. The goal is to help someone finish a useful app and start delivering client projects. My hypothesis is that repeated client work would give freelancers and agencies a reason to keep building with Hercules.

How I’d run and measure the first test

A focused first campaign

Start with freelancers and small agencies who already work with business clients. Test a few Meta ad angles leading to the same webinar. Teach one client workflow well, then follow up with a build brief and steps for publishing an app.

AI in the execution

Use Codex and Claude Code for pages, tools and implementation, and image generation for creative variants. Turn approved research and messaging into reusable briefs. Review product claims, check the generated work, and test the journey before releasing variants.

Measure customers, then improve the funnel

Track registration, attendance, first app published, paid conversion and retained subscriptions by acquisition cohort. Start with creative tests, then work on the biggest observed bottleneck. Look at repeat builds as a signal that agencies are finding ongoing use for Hercules.

Set a limit on acquisition cost

Calculate CAC per new paying Hercules account, including advertising and delivery costs. Compare it with the subscription’s gross profit and the time required to recover acquisition spend. The calculator uses editable assumptions; a pilot would establish the rates, margins and retention needed before scaling.

Made for you

I built the pieces
so you can try them.

A new homepage, a webinar funnel, ad concepts and a calculator. Each shows a different part of how I work.

01 / Product & conversion design

A new
homepage.

A clearer introduction to what businesses can build, with product demonstrations, customer examples and a simpler path into the app.

02 / Education & acquisition

The webinar
funnel.

A workshop for people who want to sell AI software services. The page introduces the offer and shows what someone will learn before they start building.

03 / Creative & testing

Different ways
into the offer.

Ad concepts about finding clients, packaging a project, and offering ongoing support. I’d test the angles and learn which attracts people who go on to use Hercules.

These are independent prototypes and planning assumptions. I’d want to understand your customers, your data and what you’ve already tried before deciding what to launch.

A little more about me

I’ve spent my career
building things.

I started my first company in 2009. Since then, I’ve founded and exited web design agencies, worked with digital ventures in Dubai, and managed a pre-accelerator as an entrepreneur in residence at TURN8.

That experience shapes how I approach growth: understand the customer, make the offer clear, build the journey, and keep improving it.

I recently launched Kyun, a Japanese-learning app, in three weeks with a Japanese teacher who owns the learning content. I directed the build using Codex, from the React and TypeScript interface to the Firebase backend, deployment and automated checks.

Why I want to
work with you.

Hercules brings together two things I care about: helping businesses grow and making software more accessible to the people who understand the problem.

I’ve spent years helping clients with their websites and funnels. With AI, I can build more of the solution myself. Your role feels like a place where that combination of commercial thinking, design and execution would be useful.

After years of client projects, I’d like to work with one team, own a growth play, and keep improving it beyond the first launch.

If this feels like a fit

I’d love to talk
through the idea.

Thanks for taking a look. I’d welcome a conversation about the strategy, the prototypes, and where you want to take Hercules next. I’m based in Spain and open to remote work and travel.
